A Better Skype 5: Campaign for a better Mac version of Skype 5

The Beta version of the upcoming Skype 5 for Mac had some harsh reviews in the macosphere. Designed alike its Windows-vesion, the Skype for Mac OS X lacks many features and advantages of the old mac version. Waste of UI-Space and missing shortcuts do the rest.

Therefore we started the “Give us a better Skype 5 for Mac” campaign. You can join us on Facebook and, of course, here on Macnotes.

First Results: Skype Public Relations germany contacted us, promising improvements in upcoming Mac OS X versions of Skype 5.

Our next steps: We collect and sort the criticism and hand them over to Skype. The discussions take place in our Facebook-group als well as in the comments to the articles on the campaign on Macnotes.net:
